Assignment 6: Work Ethic (OWEI)

For this assignment, we were required to take the Occupational Work Ethic Inventory (OWEI) to gauge our Interpersonal Skills, Initiative and Dependability. The OWEI is a 50 question quiz aimed at scoring these three areas on a 7 point scale. Listed below are the average scores, for men and women respectively.

Male:

Interpersonal Skills- 5.75

Initiative- 5.52

Dependability- 6.07

Female:

Interpersonal Skills- 6.00

Initiative- 5.67

Dependability- 6.34

More or less to yours or my surprise, women have a better disposition as employees! After taking this test for myself, I earned the following scores:

Interpersonal Skills- 6.62

Initiative- 6.56

Dependability- 6.86
